  • Payment information: processed securely via Razorpay (we do not store card details)

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent
  • Log data: error logs, access timestamps

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain anonymised transaction records for 7 years as required under the GST Act and Income Tax Act. Personal identifiers are removed.

BillAcco is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of BillAcco after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
