These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BillAcco ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using BillAcco, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business, and agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws including the GST Act, IT Act 2000, and Companies Act.

2. Description of Service

BillAcco is a cloud-based GST billing and accounting platform for Indian small businesses. Our services include invoice creation, inventory management, payment tracking, expense management, GST reports, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@billacco.com

4. Subscription & Payments

  • BillAcco is offered on a yearly subscription basis with a free trial period
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use BillAcco for any unlawful purpose or in violation of GST or tax laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data (invoices, parties, products, transactions) you create on BillAcco. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, logos, and content on BillAcco are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. GST Compliance Disclaimer

BillAcco helps you create GST-compliant documents based on the information you provide. We are not a tax advisor. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your GST filings, tax calculations, and compliance with applicable laws. We recommend consulting a qualified CA for tax advice.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BillAcco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BillAcco after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
