We stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied with BillAcco within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of your subscription payment date
  • This is your first paid subscription (not a renewal)
  • Your account is in good standing (not suspended for violations)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Renewal payments (subsequent years)
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from payment
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription period are not provided

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

Our team will verify your account and payment details within 1 business day.

Refund processed

Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment source:

  • Razorpay (UPI / Card / Net Banking): Refunded to the same UPI ID, card, or bank account used during payment
  • Manual / Bank Transfer: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account

We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original payment.

5. Free Trial

The free trial period does not require any payment. No refund is applicable for the trial period as no charges are made.
