Our team will verify your account and payment details within 1 business day.
Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds are processed to the original payment source:
We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original payment.
The free trial period does not require any payment. No refund is applicable for the trial period as no charges are made.
